These terms apply to Unlimited Face Swap at unlimitedfaceswap.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, don't use the site.

The tool

Unlimited Face Swap is a free online face swap for photos and GIFs. You don't need an account. Put a face photo in Source and a photo or GIF in Target, pick a style, and run the swap.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you upload and for every result the tool makes. The rights to the images you upload must be yours.

You need the right to use the source face and the target photo or GIF, and the right to edit the faces in them. If a person can be recognized, you need their permission, unless the photo is of you. A file you found online, received from someone else, or took without permission is not yours to upload.

The site does not review your files before a swap, and it does not check that you have those rights. That check is yours.

Results

The tool makes a new photo or GIF from the files you chose. We are not responsible for that result. We are not responsible for what it shows, how it looks, or what you do with it after it appears on this page. If you download it or share it, that is your decision and your responsibility.

A result is not an unedited photo of a real person. Don't present it as one. Don't use a result to harass, defame, or impersonate someone.

Use a face photo with just one person in it. The face should be big enough to see and not cut off at the edge. If the target has more than one face, the tool picks one by itself. You can't choose which. Styles are Natural, Soft, Sharp, and Sharpest. Another style can look smoother or keep more detail. A particular look is not guaranteed.

GIFs take longer than photos. Leave the tab open until the result shows up. Each file can be up to 20 MB. The face has to be a JPEG, PNG, or WebP. The target can be one of those, or a GIF.

What we keep

We don't keep your photos or your swaps. Your photos are swapped on a private server and the result is sent back to this page. Then the files on the server are deleted. We don't keep copies, and that won't change.

Your last 100 swaps stay in this browser, under Recent swaps. If the browser runs out of room before that, the oldest ones get removed. You won't see them in another browser or on another device. If you delete a swap or clear this site's data, it's gone. We can't bring it back, so download the ones you want to keep.

"Keep this face for the next swap" saves the face photo in your browser, not on our server.

Private windows are different. Safari shows the result but doesn't save it. Download it before you close the tab. Chrome does save it, but only until you close every private window.

No warranty

The site and the tool are provided as-is. A page may be down. A swap may fail, take longer than you expect, or be refused when the service is busy.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the people who operate this site are not liable for any loss, claim, or damage from your use of the site or the tool. That includes a photo or GIF the tool created, a result you downloaded or shared, a swap that failed, and swaps that were only saved in this browser and then lost.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top is the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you agree to the new terms. Access can be blocked if the tool is abused.
